Your Best Time for Dept Meetings!
Let me know what date and time for our Dept Mtgs work best for you. Last year, we used to meet on Thursdays at noon. What will this year be? Pls, respond WITH A COMMENT giving all of your available times. By next week, I'll determine the meeting time based on the people to responded. The best time for me to attend meetings is on Wed. during midday, or else Tue./Wed after 5. It´s quite impossible for me to attend meetings on Thur. as I have to take children to school.
Hi Carlos! Actually, in my case, I only "travel" to Yerba Buena on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, so if we could manage to have the meeting on any of those days at noon, I'd be really grateful... thanx!

I've just read Elvira's comments and as for me I have no problem to come to the dpt'meet' on Friday noon.

I don't know whether you will get this comment, as I already sent you one last Thu. and it was supposed to be sent/ accepted successfully actually.
Anyway, as you already know, my obligations range from work at this school, work at university three mornings a week (not to mention research and extra work there & at home) and being a mother (unfortunately my kids only have one... and it´s Me, no one else can take my position there, so far) =).
So, to sum up, I do not actually have a WIDE range of available hours to meet, but you can be sure I will try to be there, AS ALWAYS...
So, if I could Choose...
I´d rather meet:
Wed. Noon
Fri. Noon
Tue. Wed. & Fri. at 5
